This project was designed as a center for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.  The project includes a convention center, numerous meeting and teaching facilities, as well as on-site housing.  The site concept involved the creation of a solid base on which a number of expressive objects, or 'hats' reside.  References were drawn from traditional Korean hats as well as the old castle wall of Suwon.
