The Underwood garden is located
in Pacific Heights and enjoys a
panoramic view of the Golden
Gate Bridge.  The project
consisted of a new enclosing
courtyard wall, a new entry stair
and gate, a new entry garden and
a new sunken courtyard with an
ornamental fountain.  Poor soils, a tight site condition and a large existing tree required special attention in the design of this garden.
