Moana Towers is a luxury high-rise condominium project consisting of two identical 30 story residential towers and a 4 story high plinth containing parking, shops, and communal facilities. The landscape design needed to provide attractive forecourt and entry facilities as well as a variety of recreational environments on the roof of the tower plinth.
